Bill disliked formality but he loved music; so we sang the songs he used to sing when we, his daughters, were children.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_190\" style=\"width: 360px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-190\" class=\"wp-image-190 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eternalforest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/burialsequence3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eternalforest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/burialsequence3.jpg 350w, https:\/\/www.eternalforest.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/burialsequence3-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-190\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sharing memories of a man we loved: the final goodbye.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>He asked to be buried in a simple pine box; this was made by a local craftsman.
