Fungus Foray 2009!

with Mycologist Charles Aron

On the 13 September 2009, many people came to Boduan Sanctuary Wood
to forage for mushrooms - and this is what they found!

Can you identify this fungus?

Any takers?

How about this one...

How about it!

Or this one?

If you can identify these, do email us!

Charles identified the group's findings

'Shrooms for Suppa!

Stinkhorn

And eat 'shrooms for supper we did!
A tasty barbeque, the last for this year, was prepared with the star dish, panfried mushrooms,
various side dishes, wonderful locally produced meat from
Traed Moch Pork (Tel: 01758 740817)
and not forgetting our traditional Tea and Bara Brith!
